How to Make a Turkish Spiced Chicken Soup

Chicken soups are an easy way to enjoy Turkish food and, with an assortment of spices and herbs, are a great source of energy for any holiday or any occasion.

Here’s how to make a tasty, easy and nutritious turkey soup.

Make your chicken broth: Make a chicken broth and then add a little turmeric, cumin, paprika and some garlic powder.

Add some salt, pepper and fresh ground black pepper to taste.

Add your spices: Add a little salt and freshly ground black peppercorns to your broth and add a couple of cloves of garlic to the mixture.

Mix well: Make sure you’re all done by the time you get to the last step, and that the spices are thoroughly mixed.

Add a couple more spices to your chicken soup if you need them.

Pour the soup into a crockpot.

Serve with rice or pasta.
