First, you’ll want to use a lot less oil and flour than your traditional risotto needs.
This is especially true if you’re cooking with a lot more than one type of rice or pasta.
Second, if you do use a traditional risottome, it’s important to use plenty of liquid.
This means that you’ll need to add a bit more broth to get your risotto to thicken.
I find that using a little broth at the start of the risotto really helps the rice absorb the flavor.
You can also use a little less broth if you want to make a more flavorful risotto with fewer ingredients.
If all else fails, you can always use rice noodles, but I’d suggest using something a little smaller so it doesn’t burn your fingers when you stir the rice.
