If you want to make this cooking tutorial, here’s a quick list of the items you’ll need:Ingredients for making your own cooking mama cooking oil1 1/2 cups almond flour2 tablespoons water3 tablespoons baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda2 teaspoons salt1 tablespoon olive oil2 tablespoons baking soda1 teaspoon kosher salt1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepperInstructions:In a small bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pepper.
Then, add the olive oil and baking soda and stir until everything is well blended.
Add the baking soda to the dry ingredients and stir again.
Add the flour mixture to the flour in the bowl and mix well.
Using a spoon, make the dough into a ball.
Fold the dough over itself into a small ball.
Make sure the dough is about 1 inch thick.
Cut out circles of dough and place them in baking trays lined with parchment paper.
Make the filling in batches, or just one filling.
Cook at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
Remove the dough from the baking tray and place on a plate to cool completely.
Make a filling in the center of each circle.
Add more flour if desired.
Place a lid on the baking tray and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
To make the topping, place a dollop of filling into a bowl and whisk together until well combined.
Serve warm or cold.
If using fresh mozzarella, add some olive oil to the filling before serving.
