Sam ‘The Cooking Guy’ to take the reins of the Redskins offense next season
Sam ‘the Cooking Guy,’ a former Redskins offensive coordinator and current defensive coordinator, is leaving the Redskins.
Sam “The Cooking Girl” is set to take over the offense and will be joined by former Redskins defensive coordinator Gregg Williams, who spent the last four seasons as the offensive coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles.
Sam will take over for Gregg Williams and the rest of the staffs duties after Gregg was fired.
Williams is one of the more decorated coaches in the NFL, having worked for the New York Giants, the Denver Broncos and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The former Cowboys and Giants coach had a strong record of success on offense, but his teams struggles last season resulted in him being let go.
The Redskins, who had just lost to the Seahawks in Super Bowl LI, are hoping for a bounce back season after finishing the year 1-12.
